[Repeater-Builder] O/T Need help w/ 1.2 Ghz radio...
Trying to get on the local 1284.42 repeater with my IC12GAT.But the darn radio only does 12.5 and 25 steps. (So I wind up on 1282.425) Anybody point me to a mod for this radio? Try to convince your local frequency cooridnator that the current trend is 20 MHz splits. I asked for one and got a 12.5 which makes my TH-55 useless. Hope you have luck in finding a mod and please pass along if you are suceesfull. Hi namesake I live in the UK, so Iam trying to get my head round the way repeaters are run in the USA. Who allocates the freqs ?, would it not make sense to allocate either 12.5 or 25 kc channels, as you have found out a lot of radios only let you select either 12.5 or 25 73 Steve - Original Message - From: Steve [EMAIL PROTECTED] To: Repeater-Builder@yahoogroups.com Sent: Saturday, April 08, 2006 7:08 AM Subject: [Repeater-Builder] O/T Need help w/ 1.2 Ghz radio...
