Hi Andrés,
Could you also let him know about the problem with the non-free firmware
for the WiFi chip? Perhaps, on a later version of the phone, they can do
something similar to what Purism did with the firmware for the RAM
controller: load the firmware from a separate flash chip, which would

Phones that have free software bootloaders are a priority of the
Replicant project. The decision the Replicant project took, and the

I am a layperson and I cannot argue with you. If you
say the approach is to complete replicant
9 for current replicant devices and
then move it to pinephone,

Thanks. I suggest this plan.
I tell the pinephone chief, he can expect an email

You email him. In the email you should ask
for a price. You should specify what you
intend to do with the phones. Su

I think that the pinephone should be one of our priorities, I can take

Thanks for dropping by at the IRC channel and keeping up the effort to
find a developer willing to take this task.
Replicant's IRC channel was actually a good place to find someone. You
should hang around there a bit longer.
Like Joonas, and as previous detailed on this email thread,
Hi,
I'm not personally interested at this time (maybe in the future) but
maybe adtjm, dllud, GrimKriegor or GNUtoo are?

questions in a pm on the pine64 forum, he answered me.
He says, he wants to ship pinephones to a
