After updating debian unstable (2008-07-18) on my system following
issues occurs (some examples):
* can't start gnome (only in save mode)
* can't use sound card
* can't use Pidgin OTR plugin
It looks like wrong permissions on files in /dev/.
So for example /dev/null is only read and writable for user
and group root.
It seems that settings in /etc/udev/rules.d are correct.

After this update and a reboot the problems occurred.
I can't figured out wich of these packages are responsible
for the wrong permissions in /dev.

It's obviously not a bug in reportbug, hence closing.
