Hi,
Reportbug sometimes looks up the wrong maintainer for packages that have
been removed from the system.
The output from dpkg --print-avail can be wrong if the package is no longer
installed. Reportbug should not use this information for these
This patch corrects two typos in share/presubj and debian/changelog.

after the colon gets stripped, ie. reportbug src:foo will generate a
bug report containing Package: src (with the source package

default install. With Priority: extra gone, these are now all changes
to the Priority.
