[reportmagic-help] calling rmagic from cmd line

Hi,

 I can't seem to call report magic from the command line (using windows 
2000), unless I am in the report magic directory.  Is this normal 
behavior?  And if so, how am I to call report magic from a batch file?

 Please help,
