when you do:
groups.edit_section(u'designers', u'graphic-designers')
and 'graphic-designers' already exist it stills allows that operation and we end
up with 2 groups with same name

zc.recipe.egg?
Would be good to only have one recipe :-)

It make 'dependent-scripts' on by default. The version of
'zc.recipe.egg' which was current at the
