How to Exceed Teleseminar Participants' Expectations © 2006 Julie Jordan Scott Jennifer hung up the phone in disgust. She didn't want to waste another moment in another lousy Teleseminar. The leader was focused on one thing: his own brilliance - and how his plan for this hour would benefit - wait, not me - it seems like this Teleseminar was all about how her attendance in his next Teleseminar would benefit - Him? Wait! What is wrong with this picture? Unfortunately, this is far too common in the average Teleseminar. The exciting thing is that it doesn't have to be like this - responsive, engaging, evocative Teleseminar leaders know better. They are seeking ways to facilitate change, to disseminate information and education that will actually become an integrated part of the lives of their participants. They have found three key ingredients to Teleseminars that REALLY work to Change lives. 1. Focus on the Community as well as the Content - keep the finger on the heartbeat and pulse of each participant AS content is delivered. Don't lose the individuals within the community for the sake of the content. 2. Collaborative Intention leads to the Highest Good for ALL. Yes - each participant comes to class with his or her own intention. Excellent teleseminar leaders discern that intent and then deliver accordingly while insuring the overall course intention is met as well. It takes practice - YES!- and it is SO worth it. 3. Trust the Flow of the Class - and follow that Flow while holding the Greatest Good for all at the Center of the Content Delivery. Sometimes topics will come up that you weren't expecting to come up in class. Excellent Teleseminar leaders know that and are not thrown off course when it happens. Instead, they follow the flow - offer options and solutions - and have participants who sing their praises and refer them to everyone they know. =============== How to Teach Teleseminars that Change Lives: Learn the Method Behind the Magic - Incredible Value at an Unbeatable Price with Astonishing Results. http://www.5passions.com/teleseminarhowto.html NEW: Teleseminar Incubator: Practice, Apply, Succeed http://www.5passions.com/teleseminarincubator.html [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] ------------------------ Yahoo!
