Top Seven Lessons Learned in Article Marketing

Use a professional's five year success plan that you can replicate yourself.
Quit what is not working and start writing and submitting articles.

1. Turn up your article volume to build a much larger level of targeted web
traffic. Submit five articles to 0 web sites, get some traffic. Submit them
20 to 20 web sites, get much more. Submit more to 50 web sites, go from
hundreds of web sites listing you to hundreds of thousands. Like your coach,
the
process is not instant, but serves a solid business long time. When I did 10, I
got on a few sites. Now, web sales bring over 3/4 of my income. This viral
marketing multiplies by 1000 each week--viral marketing at its best.

2. Submit consistently with new, original articles. Four years ago, we
submitted 20-50 articles to top business web sites now and then. The last year,
 we
added 100 new business web sites to submit to and submitted about 2 times a
month. This year, we got consistent. We boosted our submissions to 3 articles
a day to each of 25 sites, two We do this three times a week so that's 45
Web sites who get 3 articles a week for a total of 135 exposures a week.

3. Know that you can send any kind of article to the top business web sites
where 20-40 article categories exist. Your article may be about personal
growth, spiritual tips, health, or fiction for children.

4. Be prepared with these details: -Keep 10-15 articles or fiction excerpts
ready to submit in textpad form. ( get the free program from _www.textpad.com_
(http://www.textpad.com/) ) -Include the top format most web sites want at
the top of the article. That means the category, the # words, the
autoresponder, the author's bio or signature file, and a short description
(intro).

5. Hire a regular part time computer assistant who can submit to at least
10-15 Web sites a day in your real office. For four hours a week, I pay only
$32
to my smart high school person. That brings me 3-4 calls about book and
internet marketing coaching a week, 100's of new ezine subscribers each month,
and a regular group of clients numbering fifteen.

6. Keep your articles between 300-700 words long. If longer, divide your
article into two parts. You can use the same introduction and conclusion for
each part.

7. Don’t fall for high price article blaster services from people who have
not actually done the writing and submitting for five years. If your business
is quality, so should your marketing be.

Buyer beware. Don't fall for hype in sales letters by so-called experts. Do
some research before you blast off. Trust an internet marketing coach who has
been in business many years and walks the talk.
