I've ran reprotest on a package I maintain [1] and I've hit a problem
with UTF-8 chars in a manpage I wrote.
From what I understand, that problem is the
"nroff_output_varies_by_locale_or_utf8" one. That manpage is being
generated by rst2man from a .rst file.
