Yes, it's still there.
you won't find anything on /tmp because we set TMPDIR on the debbindiff call to
a the temporary directory we delete just after the build.
Though for us is not a problem anymore /tmp, it's still for our user. I renamed
the bug title to reflect the current+real problem.
