There might be some confusion here as APK support for strip-nondeterminism was only added recently and it has not made its way into a release: https://anonscm.debian.org/cgit/reproducible/strip-nondeterminism.git/commit/?h=master&id=e7760c9dce2bfdb5476ab11ae87b7549161e2019 I recommend you revert this commit and await the above commit to land in sid.
