Medium-Large Company in DFW is seeking to hire a BI (Business Intelligence) Developer for a contract position. In this role, the BI Developer help a start-up company, within this parent company, to develop metrics to measure its new business operations. RESPONSIBILITIES: The BI Developer will be responsible for executions all phases of the development life cycle, which includes: - Gathering user requirements and developing associated business requirements document - Working with in-house staff to develop a technical design for the process - Develop all needed processes including analytical and reporting deliverables - Unit test all deliverables - Work with users to complete user acceptance testing - Implement processes per company standards TECHNICAL SKILLS: Experience using the following: SQL Server 2008 R2, SQL, VB.Net or C#, SSRS (Reporting Services), and SSAS (Analysis Services).
