Job Title: Business Analyst ------- NO H1B Location: Boston,MA Duration: 12+ Months Contract *Need near by states consultants ------ Max Rate $40/hr on C2C * * Candidate must be comfortable interacting in multiple relationships simultaneously, assisting and co-leading presentations to agency stakeholders, managing the diverse tasks and people involved in competing priorities, offering ideas, providing rapid turn-around, and exhibiting a passion for superior quality and customer service. Responsibilities for Business Analyst Help the agency project manager create, manage and maintain project plans / program plans; Help project teams organize their work efforts and assist with development of their written work products; Assimilate and track various project threads to help ensure the program is on-track with calendar/schedule, including follow-up with agency personnel to whom tasks were assigned; Co-lead meeting, events, and presentations; Develop draft documents, presentations and other materials, and route them to gather/synthesize comments and generate revised documents; Help agency project manager with tactical planning; Help identify process change through the integration of new processes with existing ones and document them; Analyze business and user needs, document requirements and technical solutions; Recommend and facilitate quality improvement efforts. Develop meeting agendas and capture meeting minutes; Schedule meetings, reserve rooms, ensure materials are prepared/ready, ensure set up of room and remote conference participation (conf calls / join.me, etc); Ensure most current documents are electronically stored on a shared drive. Qualifications for Business Analyst 1. Minimum 3-5 years experience coordinating and/supporting large scale business process changes 2. Proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint and MS Project 3. Bachelors Degree or higher 4. Some knowledge of project management methods and tools (such as PMI) preferred 5. Some experience with organizational change efforts preferred 6.
