Job Title: Business Analyst with ATG and/or Endeca Location: NJ/ CA Duration:3 Months to start *Skill and Role Summary:* The candidate should be preferably a developer or someone with strong technical skills (Degreed IT, Degreed CS) who has moved into a BA role. They should be capable of taking information and identifying gaps so that the developers can deliver on a per task basis. This may include coordination with internal BA and front end team members as well as onsite (California) BAs who will work with the BA to close the gaps. The BA will be accountable for delivering and to quality, BRDs, so that developers in India can develop to meet client standards. Additionally, the BA may be the POC for immediate questions from the India team as sprint tasks are in progress so the BA must balance new task review for sprints planned as well as urgent questions that need response so that work may be completed to meet the client requirements. Ideally, the BA will have 2-4 years of business analysis skills including the composition and creation of BRDs (business requirement documents) that includes formal methodologies (RUP) would be an example. The BA should be prepared to be hands on – there is no management of BA resources. The BA will ideally have wireless telecom experience as well as experience with ATG and Endeca.
