Job Title: Business Systems Analyst with clarity Location: Portsmouth, New Hampshire Duration : 6+ Months Contract Need GC and Citizens PROJECT/POSITION DESCRIPTION: Our client is actively searching for an experienced Business Systems Analyst to work out of their Portsmouth, New Hampshire location. In this role you will use your business and technical knowledge to participate in the re-engineering of business operations to improve business results. You will evaluate business requirements and model data and/or system requirements. You will analyze and document business problems, develop test plans, and test and approve new system behaviors. You will coordinate upgrades and rollouts of moderate scope. This position will be heavily focused on Clarity PPM configuration, integration and data analytics. It is both a Clarity functional analysis role and Clarity PPM Studio and Admin role. • Produce Clarity PPM design solutions to meet business need along with Clarity PPM configuration changes and general maintenance while partnering with others on related development, impact analysis, and testing of solutions. • Lead solution delivery of complex portfolio and financial enhancements and reporting to the out-of-the-box application. • Re-engineers business operations to improve business results and operational effectiveness. • Evaluates business requirements, and models data and/or system requirements. • Analyzes and documents business problems. • Develops and implements business-testing strategies. • Coordinates upgrades and rollouts of projects. • May lead projects or sub-projects REQUIRED SKILLS: Extensive knowledge of Clarity’s jobs and processes, including managing Clarity’s financial setup. Extensive knowledge of entire Clarity application capabilities. Clarity Studio and Admin (including writing GEL, using XOG, writing portlets, creating objects and attributes, writing NSQL for Clarity dynamic lookups, configuring Time Slices and the financial setup). Writing Crystal and Web reports. Good understanding of XML, ability to write Oracle Queries and PL/SQL Exceptional communication skills & professionalism. Thorough knowledge of project and portfolio management (PPM) operations, objectives, and strategies. Skills in data and process modeling; financial analysis and planning; business process design. Highly developed negotiation, facilitation and consensus building skills. Highly developed oral and written communication skills.
