Program Design & Development - This position is responsible for designing, configuring and/or coding, debugging and documenting in-house developed applications that serve one of three functions: 1. Improve employee efficiency in Shared Services (or the field) either through streamlined information delivery or data processing 2. Adds functionality 3. Meets control requirements. Perform problem identification and resolution for project including analyzing root cause of a problem by researching current application code, then design, code, test and implement a solution. Requirements: Experience in tool/model development, systems analysis, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and implementation. Experience with designing and developing relational databases and applications in a distributed environment.
