Please let me know if you’d be interested in this job opportunity, I would like to talk to you over the phone to discuss more about it. * Please see the job details below:* *Job Title: Juniper NEBS Consultant* *Duration: 6+ months * *Location: San Jose, CA* *Client: HCL America* *Job Description:* · As part of Juniper’s Compliance Engineering team, Compliance Engineering Manager will lead a team of engineers responsible for several different aspects of Juniper product compliance, including but not limited to NEBS, Product Safety, System Configuration, Telecom and Wireless. In this roles, the manager will be responsible for: · Assuring Juniper’s products meet all applicable regulatory and industry compliance standards · Applying best design practices to Juniper’s products to achieve first time pass, minimizing the cost and reducing time to market · Creating and maintaining compliance guidelines and · test procedures · Program management and budget planning · Leading a team of compliance and system configuration engineers, by setting the goals, conducting performance review and been a mentor · Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, sales, operations, legal and others · Managing ODM and OEM partners Job Requirements: · 10+ years in Compliance Engineering and 3+ years in people management roles · Hands-on experience in configuring products (preferably Telecom) for testing by using CLI, creating scripts and working with HW and SW engineers to make sure systems are up and running, ready to be tested · Knowledge of specific customer requirements, such as Verizon and ATT NEBS · Program Management experience, by delivering products and projects through NPI process · Working with Networking products, such as Routers, Switches and Security · Experience with EMC Standards and Testing Process · Delivering products using ODM and OEM partners · BSEE or equivalent · Ability to set requirements, priorities and goals for the team · Multitasking and working under pressure · In depth knowledge of Environmental Test Procedures and Standards, such as NEBS (GR63, 3160, 1089), ETSI, IEC, EN and others · Product Safety (UL/IEC/EN60950; IEC/EN60825; IEC62368) · Experience working with HW, SW, sales, marketing and other cross functions teams · Experience in working with Tier One customers, by assuring customers satisfaction · Proven record of managing product compliance from concept stages to final testing · Been able to define what, when and how *Thanks & Regards* *Abhishek Kumar* Hangout: usitrecruiter1...@gmail.com abhis...@cncsinfotech.com http://www.cncsinfotech.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "REQSRESUMES" group.
