*Roles & Responsibilities*

Strong Lead experience
·         Automation Experience, as well as Test Complete
·         Align testing performed by multiple teams and channels Web,
Mobile, UAT,IT, development.
·         Prepare test cases and test plans for end to end service
experience
·         Measure and benchmark performance before and after rollout of new
features
·         Smoke test new releases and night of Production checkout
·         Triage and determine responsibility for defects that may not have
clear owners
·         Coordinate environment request/setup and test preparation
·         Manage defect reporting, tracking and resolution
·         Follow up on escalations and coordinate with UAT Quality Lead to
stay on target for test completion
·         Execute end to end test cases with support from project resources
·         Prepare weekly status report for Project team
·         Attend Lync and test meeting representing the product for End to
End experience
·         Assist UAT  team during warranty support
·         Provide feedback to management and escalation for problem
resolution
·         Lead creation of validation plans and acceptance criteria
·         Manage offshore test resources and track delivery and report to
the UAT Quality lead
