This person will be working on whatever projects come in from the clients, which are insurance firms. The manager is also looking for someone that can take on a leadership role. He may have them run with a project that he has coming up. They are thinking of moving all the data over to be stored in oracle. The project would require for the person to look at how they are currently storing the data in SQL server with ETL and then create a copy of the data and store the cube in oracle and then analyze it.
