*Informatica Lead Developer for NJ position * *ETL Lead Developer* *Duration- 12 months * *1099 or on W2* *GC/EAD/US Citizens only!* This individual will support a number of projects and initiatives and work with other ETL developers from an on and offshore resource pool to deliver warehouse, datamart and data integration solutions. Responsible for ETL development and leadership of small teams of ETL developers (typically 1 to 5) across multiple projects. Required to manage all phases of ETL development on assigned projects including reviewing technical documentation, leading ETL development work, conducting design reviews, coordinating packaging and release deployments and testing of solutions in highly complex environments with high volume of projects and changes in flight. Must have experience leading small teams of technical resources and be experienced with doing hands on development on multiple projects utilizing on and off shore resources. Ideal Previous Experience: Should be a strong technical ETL developer with Informatica experience, a demonstrated ability to lead as well as hands on experience. This individual must be an experienced people, and technical leader of small teams of resources developing multiple projects concurrently. Top Technical Must Have Skills: At least 6 - 10 years of ETL Developer experience and should have 2-4+ years in lead role in this area. At least 6 years of experience with Oracle Must have significant experience with Informatica including the latest versions of each for the enterprise. Must have design experience and a proven track record of designing and leading development of well-structured, maintainable ETL solutions. Must be able to balance technical and resource management responsibilities in a very fast-paced environment. Informatica v9 Rational Clear Case/ Clear Quest Oracle/ PlSQL Unix Shell Scripting Strong knowledge of ETL development to support data warehouse design using dimensional models on an Oracle platform Experience with Data Warehousing and ETL processes Experience with ETL development for a data warehouse environment Experience with Information Analyzer Healthcare experience a plus Master Data Management and either Integrated Data Store or Operation Datastore is a plus Strong understanding (and prior use) of dimensional database design.
