Position: System Architect /Business Rules Architect Location: Minneapolis/St Paul, MN. Duration: Long Term (1 Year +)
Business Need: Provide Business Rules Architecture and Business Rules in compliance with statewide Enterprise Architecture, Project Management Methodology and applicable industry/agency standards. Implementation will include the training of staff so they can maintain initiative after the contract is done. The COMPASS tool and processes, including the rules engine work that will be completed with this contract, must interface with Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS), Shared Master Index (SMI) and other major systems. Responsibilities: Business Rules Architect who will: · Serve in a leadership role in the activity of identifying and rationalizing policy and strategically designing a rules architecture that will be agile to the needs of continual legislative mandates, changes and updates as well as broader agency vision, goals and drivers · Guide and mentor business analysts, business rules analysts and other staff in establishing the rule base Required Qualifications/Skills: The required minimum skills qualifications are listed below. Required Qualifications will initially be evaluated on a pass/fail basis. The candidate must specifically indicate how he/she meet all of the minimum qualifications.
