Duration: 3+ months Rate: $45 max on 1099 Selection Process: Phone + F2F – Need Local and EAD/GC/Citizen Responsibilities: - 15% - Client interfacing - change requirement review, weekly meetings, operations review - performance of tickets/service requests/change requests, forward schedule planning - 50% - Coordination for delivery of services from offshore technical staff - operational changes, break/fixes, minor enhancements, incident management and Cognos technical leadership - 10% - Reporting on SLA's, monthly summary reports etc. - 10% - Technical review or design for changes and break/fixes - 15% - Recommend and manage implementation of improvements to web architecture, code, environment, security standards etc. Skills: - Experienced in Cognos Reporting, upgrades, data modeling, system configuration and report development . - Strong experience with version 7.0 and working knowledge of Cognos v8. - Experience with Cognos ReportNet - Experienced in Java development , Unix , scripting, and PL/SQL use with Oracle databases. Candidate should have strong technical background and superior organizational skills to manage multiple technical issues at the same time.
