Laurel, NJ) Only (3) candidates per supplier The manager wants to see strong Sr. Program Managers - to be qualified for this position, candidates must have the following: Banking/Financial/Commercial Lending experience as a Program Manager (preference will be given to candidates with recent experience) At least 6+ years as a Program Manager (not a Sr. Project Manager). Manager is not looking for a Sr. Project Manager – submittals should be seasoned/high level Program Managers. PMP Certification is ideal (please indicate if your candidate has this) Management of large scale development teams. SDLC High dollar budget estimating and planning across multiple high-level projects. Candidate must have extremely strong communication (written & verbal) skills. Responsibilities: Responsible for multiple concurrent projects of significant complexity Provides direction, leadership and mentoring to less senior project managers Coordinates the assimilation of project information into a program/portfolio view and provides updates to senior management Manages and grows the relationship with key business partners Champions an environment where dynamic projects are developed. Models leadership behaviors and provides forums for the open exchange of information and ideas Responsible for financial management of the project portfolio Ensures alignment with internal PMO standards and policies Develops and coordinates multiple project plans, tracks project tasks, issue resolution, status reporting, and quality control Acts as a technical liaison, bridging the gap between technical specialists and business line leadership Provides project oversight and direction, coordinating activities across groups and projects as required Develops, tunes and employs project management methodologies, developing hi-level project plans and estimating project life spans.
