Detailed knowledge of ITIL Foundation concepts for continuous optimization of current and future tools Detailed knowledge of application platforms supported by midrange including: Solaris, SuSE Linux, Redhat Linux, Windows and Websphere Strong familiarity with supporting Remedy applications including: Oracle, Web Services XML, Crystal Reports and Remedy API Ability to analyze, approve and deploy customized Remedy enhancement modules Proven ability to be responsible for the daily administration, maintenance, monitoring and support for multiple Remedy applications and servers in a highly-available 24X7 environment Excellent analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to express technical issues to non-technical customers Detailed knowledge of applicable security policies and standards Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering or related field Ability to work independently with minimal direction Ability to communicate to a wide variety of audiences, both business and technical Available immediately..
