Length: 6 Months+ Rate: $50/hr on C2C Qualifications: • 8+ years of software development experience in Java and Spring. • 2+ years of experience with an agile methodology. • Strong computer science fundamentals: OOP, design patters, data structures & algorithms. • Good Experience with Spring Core, Spring MVC, Spring Data(JPA), Spring Integration. • Good experience with Java test frameworks such as JUnit, TestNG, Mokito and Selenium. • Strong understanding of NFR considerations when designing systems: performance, responsiveness, concurrency, availability, supportability, security, etc. • Good experience with TDD, BDD or XUnit test patterns. • Comfortable Atlassian SDLC stack: JIRA, Confluence, Fisheye, Crucible. • Comfortable with SCM & CI tools: Subversion, Jenkins, Hudson, Sonar, Nexus, Selenium WebDriver. • Strong knowledge, skills, and ability working in a collaborative team environment. Additional Preferred Qualifications • Good experience with web technologies, web services and frameworks: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Knockout, Modernizer, WebShims, JSON, SOAP, REST. • Good experience with web client test frameworks: QUnit, Angular JS, Jasmine. • Familiarity with IATA common use standards. • Strong Travel domain knowledge particularly in the Airline space. • Travel solution experience (SITA, ARINC, IBM, IER or similar).
