No need to send profiles with QA Analyst type experience only.* *ALL CANDIDATES MUST BE WITHING COMMUTING DISTANCE OF JERSEY CITY, NJ * -- Definition, planning and tracking of testing activities to meet or exceed customer and stakeholder needs and expectations. -- Leads one or more testing projects, programmes, or initiatives , which may involve multiple technical disciplines. -- May consult on and utilize latest project methodologies, including testing in agile environments. -- Will manage and drive the adoption of recognised best practice and policy and contribute to the ongoing improvement of methodologies and assets. -- Ability to formulate test estimates,test plans,execute test plans. -- Define quality metrics,track and report quality performance per department/per product. -- Worked on QA automation framework designs. -- Worked on QA risk management process. -- Validates quality processes by establishing product/project specifications and quality attributes, measuring production, documenting evidence. -- Prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends including failed processes, stability studies, recalls, and corrective actions. -- Develops quality assurance plans by conducting hazard analyses; identifying critical control points and preventive measures; establishing critical limits, monitoring procedures, corrective actions, and verification procedures; monitoring inventories. -- IMPORTANT** Specific experience required within US banking regulatory reporting, accounting, and systems implementation. -- Specific Axiom implementation experience in the US. -- Note: This is a Senior QA Test Manager role, not just QA Analyst.
