Hi, Here is a Data Architect position open immediately. Title : Data Architect Location: Charlotte, NC Immediately Rate: around $60-63/hr. Cont – Hire.. Member of a team of data architects responsible for design and development of an HR Data Hub (Data Warehouse and ODS), data management and reporting solution. Client is reconstructing a data warehouse for HR data and reporting as a result of terminating the outsourcing service currently providing this function. Solution will be an extension of client’s existing custom data warehouse and application integration application called the Workforce Hub. *- Experience design and implementation of an HR Data Hub, supporting report developers, and application interfaces with at least one complete lifecycle of architecture and implementation in an architect role* *- Deep knowledge of database design principles (dimensional and 3NF)* *- Deep knowledge of multiple HR data domains including Employee, Payroll (including Time Reporting), Compensation, Benefits, Talent Management, Employee Relations and Labor Relations, and Staffing* *- Deep Knowledge of data hub architecture and design best practices* *- Knowledge of key database and Data Modeling tools and technologies – Microsoft SQL Server/ERWIN * - Exceptional communication skills (written and oral) Desired skills: *- Understanding of SQL Server Reporting Services(SSRS), and Informatica* - Utilities industry experience We would like a 6 month contract to perm if possible.
