Including but not limited to physical databases, schemas, table structures, indices, data marts, program structure, batch processing, performance, etc. - Develop database code using PL/SQL, SQL, Informatica ETL tools on Oracle - Communicate with project leads and management - Manage status reporting and problem escalation to project and database technology stakeholders where appropriate - Identify project risks, create risk management / mitigation / transfer plans and implement plans to contain the project risk *Qualifications*** *Education and Experience* - Bachelor's Degree required; MBA or MS preferred - Experience in fixed income Trading and large-scale Trading system development essential, with good understanding of unique chellenges in the data modeling, data collection and maintainance of OLTP data - Experience in Trading vendor solutions (e.g., Bloomberg AIM, Charles River, etc.) highly desirable - Experience in Agile methodology is a plus *Skills and Knowledge* - Proficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle, Informatica and UNIX shell scripting. Experience with Perl programming and Autosys job scheduler is strongly desired.
