My contact said that because of their recent mergers and acquisitions they are a melting pot of technologies which is why they left the job description broad. They need someone who is primarily Microsoft but they need experience with other technologies as well. A candidate who is only Microsoft will not work out. What kind of software skills needed Again, primarily Microsoft/.Net but other software skills are needed.
