*BI/SSRS Senior Developer, * *Location: Chicago, IL, * *Duration: 6+ months* GC-EAD, GC and Citizens ONLY LOCALS *MS SQL Server 2014 Programming MS SQL Server 2014 Reporting Services* Position Overview: We are looking for a SharePoint / SSRS Report Developer. This person will work closely with our Business stakeholders and IT team members to develop solutions and enhance reporting capabilities using Microsoft technologies including SharePoint, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS), Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL), and Microsoft SQL Server 2014. Specific duties include: As a SSRS Developer, you will work as a part of the Software organization with Developers, Business users, DBAs, and Other IT team members on the following: • Utilize current BI, Reporting, and Data Visualization technologies to create compelling and intuitive reports and dashboards with rich functionality • Develop reports through Reporting Services (SSRS) from a variety of data sources including Analysis Services Cubes, Relational databases and other sources like SharePoint List etc. • Design, develop, test, and troubleshoot SSIS packages. • Prepare and review requirements, functional specifications, technical designs and implementation documentation. • Participate in systems analysis, problem solving, performance tuning and troubleshooting • Other duties as assigned.
