*SAP HCM Functional Consultant* *Parsippany, NJ, US* *A* *6 Months* 5-7 years of relevant SAP functional experience in the IT industry in SAP HCM Area *SAP Senior Functional Consultant *for a specialized Pharmaceutical company located in Parsippany, NJ, USA. The candidate is expected to be a senior member of a functional team for a SAP project in USA The candidate should possess broad functional knowledge in his/her domain and in-depth technical knowledge in the relevant SAP module. The candidate should have proven expertise in configuring and supporting SAP landscapes. Role and Responsibilities § SAP HCM consultant, strong hands-on SAP experience in PA, OM and integration between PA and OM. (THIS IS A MUST REQUIREMENT) § Knowledge of ADP interface § Work with logical database reports and interfaces § Responsible for completing all tasks assigned by team lead and project manager. § Responsible for proposing and implementing solutions for SAP HCM requirements. § Responsible for proactively working with business users and other stakeholders in IT for requirement gathering, solution design and implementation. Required Skills and experience § 7-10 years of experience as SAP HCM Consultant and should have worked on minimum 2 end to end implementations / 2 Support projects in the area of Payroll. § Strong knowledge and hands-on experience on customizations in Payroll § In depth understanding PA, OM Configurations and integration. § Hands on experience in writing functional specifications, solution design and implementation. § Ability to understand business requirements from business users and prepare and write functional specifications. § Exposure is essential to highly customized SAP environments and working on interfaces. § Very good understanding of integration of SAP modules in End to end business processes § Understanding of ITIL processes and Application life cycle management. § Ability to work in large teams. Desired skills § Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. § Well versed in English. Excellent spoken and written skills. § Proactive approach to problem solving. Qualifications and Education Requirements Certification in SAP HR will be preferred.
