Agile Coach Atlanta, GA 6+ Months Contract *Pharma industry experience.* *This person will help coach our customer in the following Agile software development practices: - writing user stories - release and iteration planning – configuration management – test driven development – continuous integration - Scrum stand-up meetings - velocity and capacity planning
Will be responsible for providing user story workshop, general Agile – Scrum training, facilitate project meetings and work with Project Managers and all stakeholders to give them a solid foundation in Agile / Scrum methodology. * * Qualifications: Strong client-facing presentation and facilitation skills, coaching and mentorship experience on several engagements / workshops. 8-15 years in a technical software development environment or with IT Project Management. Must have a solid background utilizing an "Agile" engineering approach to SW development. Examples of Agile SW development methods includes the following: SCRUM, Test To Design (TTD), Rapid Prototyping (Iterative) and Incremental approach to SW development. Minimum 5+ years experience using Agile methods, 7+ years experience is preferred. Experience with independently transitioning software teams to a variation of agile process in the past, as well as prior experience coaching and mentoring software teams on several agile process transitions. Advanced understanding of and extensive experience with Software Development project life cycles, as well as advanced project management skills Impeccable communication and cross-team coordination skills. Solid oral, written, and presentation as well as strong interpersonal skills are required. Master's degree and seven+ years experience, or a bachelor degree and ten+ years experience in information technology. They are a globally distributed environment, as you know and use TFS and MPP for managing development.
