Title: C#.NET Developer Location: Plano, TX Length: 2 Years+ Rate: $45/hr on C2C The Service Operations team uses deep operations expertise and application knowledge to ensure Home Loans Originations systems are available, maintainable and supportable to meet the needs of our customers and to maximize their end user experience. In this capacity, the Service Operations team handles a wide variety and range of technology initiatives coordinating with many technology groups. This includes supporting the resolution of all high severity incidents, triaging low severity incidents to determine root cause and drive resolution, providing level 3 support for customer issues, and developing and implementing ideas to improve Home Loans Originations systems.
