Software Engineer I Tracking Code 11-207-MA Job Description client is currently seeking an entry level Software Engineer to perform application and system development, troubleshooting and support.** ** *Specific Responsibilities:* - Plan, develop, test, and document application and system design and code. ** - Evaluate user’s requests for new or modified applications to determine feasibility, cost and time required, compatibility with current system, and computer capabilities. ** - Write manuals for users to describe installation and operating procedures. ** - Assist users in solving operating problems as well as analyzes, reviews, and alter programs to increase operating efficiency. ** - Identify training needs and develop training modules to meet business needs. ** Required Skills - Working knowledge of relational and object oriented database systems. - Working knowledge of .Net, C#, ASP.net, HTML, XML, SQL, or any object oriented language. - Familiarity with Financial ERP systems such as MS Navision, PeopleSoft or SAP is preferred but not required. - Excellent communication skills. Required Experience - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Information Systems required. - 1 - 3 years experience in application and system development. - Experience with call center technology a plus.
