Full Name : Location : Contact Number : Email : Availability : Visa Status : Requirement details: System Analyst or developer with Cloud Experience Location: Denver, CO Duration: 3+ Months *Job Duties and Responsibilities* Join our team of highly technical professionals managing the development operations of the Clientcloud environment. This position will be the subject matter expert in cloud development and scaling, responsible for standards and practices that apply to developing/deploying cloud-compatible applications. This position is the primary point of contact on use of current software such as WebMethods, Tomcat, Oracle, etc. in a cloud environment (and how we use those tools in a manner that allows for on-site deployment). This person is responsible for analyzing, evaluating, implementing and supporting cloud development, deployment and automation tools to maintain a continuous delivery and continuous deployment environment. Establishing, supporting and maintaining standard processes in a development cloud environment are critical to the success of this development operations (DevOps) team. Supporting the users of the development and development integration (dev-int) environments will require analytical skills and automation of processes. The DevOps team will work closely with the Operations side of Client IT as applications, services and data migrate between environments from development to dev-int, dev-int to test and test to on-premise. *Primary responsibilities fall into the following categories:* · Responsible for all aspects (tools, processes, migration, etc.) of supporting our development and dev-int environments. · Work effectively with all teams across IT to ensure efficient and effective operations in the non-production environments of the cloud. · Methodical troubleshooting, clear communications, and attention to detail is a must. · In-depth knowledgeof Client application systems, services and data, as well as processes and SDLC. · Experience with cloud and Amazon Web Services operations and functionality are all highly desired experience. · Experience in: Unix, Linux, Windows, scripting, tools and tools evaluation are necessary. *Skills, Experience and Requirements* *A successful* Senior Analyst/Developer on the DevOps team*will have the following:* · *Bachelor’s Degree from four-year college or university; or two years related experience and/or training; and one plus years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.* · Experience in system development and development operations. · 7 years of experience in IT systems development and/or operations with 3+ years of that experience with Windows, UNIX, Linux, processes and process automation. · Experience with cloud operations and cloud architecture. · Experience with issue analysis and issue resolution. · Experience with cloud migration process automation consisting of script preparation, implementationand use, and user support.
