Location: Orange County, CA
Start Date: 8-13-12
End Date: 2-14-13
Duration: 6 months, with possible extension
Initiative: 12i Technical Production Support
Current Application version: 12.1.3
Current Modules; Oracle R12 GL, AP, AR, OM, INV, PO, WMS
Required Modules: OM, AR, INV, PO, AP
Role:
Senior Technical consultant will provide post production support of
Oracle EBS.
Core Assignment:
Coding, validation and testing of code, troubleshooting, Break/Fix.
Working primarily with custom forms and interfaces
Assignment:
May be required to work with end users and gather requirements.
Specific Focal Points:
· Must be able to perform production support activities such as
“break/fix” in areas of Order to Cash, Procure to Pay
Modify stored procedures and forms, data issues, create ad hoc queries
based upon direction from the client
Required Skill sets
Strength in working with:
· Oracle Forms Developer, interfaces,
· SQL/ PLSQL
· XML Publisher, Discoverer
Differentiating Skill sets
· EDI integration
· Strong problem solving skills and someone that can work with end users
when required
· Must be able to provide functional production support (“break /fix”)
Order to Cash, Procure to Pay
· Must have ticket resolution experience
