*Job title: Healthcare QA Analyst with Facets Location: Kansas City, MO Duration: 12 month contract* *8 Positions* * Job Description: communications skills, both written and verbal Prior health plan payer experience - at least 3 years in a QA and Test Analyst role and a minimum of 2 years in a lead role working directly with teams of at least 6 or more test analysts Prior FACETS experience ( 4.71 is preferable) - at least 3 - 4 years’ experience minimum Demonstrated experience using HP Quality Center (ver 9.2 and newer) with a specific focus on the Requirements, Test Plan, Test Lab, Defects and Reporting tabs Ability to plan, develop and execute test cases from system and business requirements Ability to plan test processes, assign resources, monitor progress and provide feedback to test team members Ability to work directly with both business and technical leads and directors through face to face meetings, written reports and phone conferences Experience working with SSD's, DDD's, PRD's Direct experience with one or more of the following EDI transaction sets, 270/271 (inquiry/response for health care benefits), 276/277 (claim status), 834 (benefit enrollment), 835 (payment/remittance advice), 837 (healthcare claim transactions) Experience with EDI 834 (benefit enrollment) transactions is highly desirable Strong knowledge of the FACETS data model and batch processing capabilities Strong knowledge of and direct experience with one or more FACETS based capabilities (Membership, billing, claims, enrollment) Knowledge of one or more of the three key FACETS RDBM's (Sybase, Oracle, MS Server) Ability to build and execute SQL queries Prior experience with state Medicaid plans and processing is highly desirable Ability to proactively lead with product management, design and development to engage in collecting performance test requirements Extensive Loadrunner scripting experience. Ability to script using Loadrunner for http and web service requests and set up test scripts for work load model needed and create test scenarios to accurately mimic test requirements Ability to work with and guide resources and help knowledge transfer and quality of deliverables Good working knowledge of SQL Server and ability to write queries and use SQL Profiler to identify SQL Performance issues Good knowledge of .NET and IIS performance and ability to monitor performance counters to determine bottlenecks. Ability to clearly document performance test results and findings to create guidance material that can be used by customers. Responsible for exploring and introducing tools involved in monitoring, measuring, debugging, coding and tuning for improved product performance. Maintain positive product group interactions. Strong and effective inter-personal and communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group. Provide feedback to analysis/training staff about product performance considerations.
