Please find the requirement below ; If you find yourself comfortable with the requirement please reply back with your updated resume and I will get back to you or I would really appreciate if you can give me a call back at my contact 510-972-5241 // vi...@itscient.com Position: Release Manager/ configuration management Location: Costa Mesa,CA Duration: 6+Months *JOB DESCRIPTION* *Responsibilities:* Ability to perform Change Control and Release Management functions including: § Plan, coordinate, and manage software releases for web/mobile based products. § Deliver our general releases, beta products; interacting with multiple teams, such as Engineering, Support, IT, Program and Product Management. § Support and improve our tools for continuous build, automated testing and release management § Own, manage and improve our release process. Focus on scale and efficiency § Build and maintain tools needed during release pushes § Assist teams with change management such as adding new platforms, enhancements to current platforms, runway updates and synchronization, or operating systems changes. § Work with software engineers, QA engineers, and operations staff to develop schedules and priorities necessary that drive release items to completion. § Assist in the troubleshooting of server and system related issues on multi-platform environments as needed in order to support the daily build and continue build infrastructure. § Monitor the health of release builds. Drive root cause analysis of failed integration tests, automate any outliers to improve continuous integration, discover/understand/eliminate bottle necks. § Minimum of 3 years of software development experience in release engineering or configuration management.
