Key Responsibilities: • Where necessary, is involved with in-depth assessments to validate that the technology and TEM strategy is appropriate for the business solution. • Translates business domain roadmap into a TEM roadmap that is in alignment with the broader enterprise architecture, it portfolio and it technology roadmaps. • Acts as the subject matter expert for TEM to address application integration, infrastructure framework related questions and business needs. • Partner with Lines of businesses QA managers and Kohl s TSA to provide TEM direction and guidance. • Develops TEM solution alternatives to meet business needs and considers the costs, risks and ROI associated with each alternative. • Guides TEM teams on the implementation of strategies , concepts and tools.
