*Note:*They are an asset management firm and if your candidate has any
experience working at an asset management firm that would put them at the
front of the line, that being said any financial services would be next
followed by a good developer. *They must have 201/401* certification or 501
would be a plus. Please read the description below and send your

 *DESCRIPTION:*

 You will work with business and technology partners to rapidly develop
innovative Customer Relationship Management (Salesforce.com) solutions that
meet the needs of a very dynamic and growth-oriented investment management
business. You must be a self-starter, who thinks outside the box and enjoys
coming up with innovative solutions to solve business and technology
issues. You enjoy keeping yourself updated on the rapid technological
advances and help the business understand how these advances can be
leveraged to improve efficiency and enable new functionality. You do not
merely wait for the business to tell you what they want, you anticipate
their future needs and propose solutions to them based on your research and
understanding of business strategy, regulatory changes, industry direction.

 *RESPONBILITITIES*:

 - You will be the lead Salesforce.com/Force.com developer and subject
matter expert, delivering high quality solutions that enable our investment
management business to generate over $40B in annual sales.

- You will drive the end-to-end software development lifecycle: envision,
design, build, configure, test, release, control and continuously improve.

- You will be the face of the dedicated Salesforce support team for
technology and business partners, and provide direct or indirect leadership
to a team of technology professionals (employee, contractor, offshore and
vendor).

 *REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS*:

 Qualified applicants will be skilled technologists with a breadth of
experiences and a tenacity and passion for innovation, solving business
problems, and driving operational excellence.

 - Deep technical and functional knowledge of the Salesforce.com /
Force.com platform.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent job
experience.

- 5+ years technology development experience, with 3+ years in a lead
development role.

- 3+ years’ experience delivering Salesforce enabled business solutions –
advanced administration, configuration and customization including
workflows, approval processes, formulas, custom reports, field & record
security.

- 2+ years’ experience automating complex business processes using advanced
Salesforce configuration and Apex/ Visual Force/Lightning Components coding
(batches, triggers, controllers, code test coverage, custom presentation),
click-to-code solutions (Process Builder, Visual Workflow), and
integrations (web services, ETL).

- Salesforce Certified Administrator (201) and Certified Developer (401).

- Experience with end-to-end delivery of large, complex Salesforce
solutions, with demonstrated expertise in Sales Cloud, Account & Contact
Management, Activity Management, Opportunity Management, Campaign
Management, and custom FORCE.com Platform development.

- Ability to collect and translate complex issues and requirements into
functional specifications, and research, analyze, design, re-engineer &
recommend the most effective Salesforce solutions to business needs.

- Proven ability to write quality, high performance code.

- Understand the capabilities of Salesforce sandboxes and the tools and
procedures available to move data, code and configuration between
environments.

- Ability to design and execute quality assurance processes that ensure the
solution meets business requirements, is scalable, and is operationally
supportable.

- Effective verbal and written communication and negotiation skills with
ability to crisply present information to diverse audiences (technical,
non-technical, line, executive and trainees).

 *OPTIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:*

 Additional consideration given to candidates with these optional skills:

- Asset Management industry experience.

- Experience with Salesforce solutions designed for Asset Management
intermediary sales model -- Broker Dealer, internal and external
wholesalers.

- Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (211) and Certified Advanced
Developer (501).

- 2+ years’ experience and solid proficiency in: .NET, SQL, Java, and web
technologies like HTML, XML, CSS, JSP, JavaScript, WSDL, and SOAP.

- Familiarity/working knowledge with Informatica or equivalent.
