So you can look for candidates in East & West. 6 -12 months MUST Haves: - Object Oriented Perl language development. - knowledge on Perl CGI programming (this will include concepts on object oriented). - Candidate should have had web application development experience. Apart from the above (which is a must have) please also screeen them on: - Linux/Unix - Apache - SQL (Oracle preffered, Sybase, My SQL or Postgres are fine as well). Please note: OO Perl is what matters most, but it will be great, if the candidates have additional skills or are willing to learn - DHTML / Java Script programming - AJAX applications - XML, XSLT, XSD.
