*Job Description:*



   - *ü  2 years Information Technology degree or equivalent end user
   support experience. *
   - *ü  A+, MCP certifications are value additions. *

*Soft Skills:*

   - ü  Good verbal and written communication skill
   - ü  Independent , self-starting attitude
   - ü  Should be ready to travel locally (vehicle will be provided)

*Job Requirement:*

   - ü  Provides telephone, in-person and remote support to end-users.
   - ü  Monitors ticketing system and completes tickets in a timely manner.
   - ü  Install and deploy new PCs, Notebooks, including data migration.
   - ü  Install all peripheral components such as printers, scanners and
   disk drives
   - ü  Loads appropriate software packages such as operating systems,
   networking components and office applications
   - ü  Identifies and fixes the hardware and software needed to satisfy
   user requirements.
   - ü  Assists in the customization and adaptation of existing programs to
   meet user’s requirements
   - ü  Connects users to networks and provides initial training in
   facilities and applications
   - ü  Coordinates activities with network services and information
   systems groups
   - ü  Coordinates with vendor (software/hardware) to troubleshoot issues
   or get the spare parts.
   - ü  Knowledge of Audio visual components is an added advantage.
   - ü  Travels between sites to perform assigned duties

   - ü  Microsoft Office 2010, 2013, 2016, Office 365
   - ü  Microsoft Windows 7 Pro
