Should have performed minimum 3 full cycle pega implementations. Knowledge of Pega Engine and the internals of the tool. Should be very strong on data structures and all tools/features available in Pega. Demonstrative experience on troubleshooting issues and performance tuning activities using internal tools within pega and external tools at server level or third party. Strong experience in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JSP, JQuery, JSON and Java required. Strong experience in XML, SOAP, REST, JMS, and EJB. Strong experience in Databases like Oracle and DB2. Knowledge of NoSQL databases preferred. Should be able to write complex and effective SQL’s. Strong experience on application servers like Weblogic, WebSphere and Tomcat. Should have worked with the consoles managing and configuring server resources. Strong experience in Unix/Linux. Should be able to write Shell scripts and perform necessary configurations. Strong production support and configuration management experience required.
