*Technical Business Analyst with QA and Configuration skills* *6 month contract to hire* *Client- Compass Group- Charlotte, NC * *(Must do onsite interview) F2F required * *Must be GC or USC* At least 3 years’ experience in a quality assurance role. Proven experience in requirements clarification and story writing. A solid track record of the following: ? Bachelor’s degree required ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills ? QA skills in the areas of test planning, writing and manually executing cases and scripts, ensuring test plans are complete by coordinating with the business and technical teams, recording and fully documenting bugs, consistent tracking of testing progress via a tool such as TFS, RTC, etc. Automated testing experience a plus but not required. ? Analytical skills in requirements clarification, story writing, acceptance criteria writing. ? Effectively managing time with minimal supervision, managing multiple priorities and ensuring assigned tasks are worked on in order of priority ? Consistent communication of progress via established processes, assertiveness to follow up appropriately with team members in order to meet deadlines ? Experience working in an Agile / Scrum environment. ? Working knowledge of SQL or other query tool are a plus Skills and experience in the following areas are a plus: ? Time and attendance or payroll applications (calculation of overtime, scheduling, shift premium calculations, etc.) ? SQL queries on backend data ?
