A minimum standard for this person would be to have experience adding a column to the report. 10 + years of IT experience with at least 5 years acting as a Lead Analyst or Lead Developer. SQL skills are critical to the success of this resource – Needs to be able to write SQL Statements. At least 5+ years of experience in Financial Services - Preferred experience would be to come from a Buy Side Asset Management firm having experience with Equities, Derivatives and Fixed Income. Must have the ability to drive meetings and interact with the business users.
