*Role COGNOS Developer* *Location: Carle Place, NY* *Duration: 12 Months* Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills • Must have 4 or more years experience in Business Intelligence development, using Cognos BI tools • Must have 4 or more years experience in Data Warehousing • Experience with most of the following Cognos tools required: Report Studio, Query Studio, PowerPlay, and Business Insight • Must have 3 or more years experience in SQL database development, using SQL and PL/SQL, with in-depth • Knowledge of analytical functions • Retail experience preferred • Excellent documentation and communication skills
Roles and responsibility • Responsible for analyzing detailed end user specifications. Designs and configures BI metadata layer. • Designs and develops, reports, dashboards and scorecards.
