Powerbuilder Engineer position for a 6 month Contract in MA; Location: Boston, MA Duration: 6 months PowerBuilder Engineer o PowerBuilder (v11.1) - Client server only; no web-based functionality. o Sybase database (v12.5.3) · FMIS o PeopleSoft 8.9, Tools 8.48 o DB2 database (v8.1) · Timekeeping is a custom application that runs on the mainframe and is developed using COBOL. Skill Set: An ideal candidate would contain a skill set in the following areas: 1. PowerBuilder 2. COBOL 3. Sybase Database 4. o ODBC Connections - doesn't currently exist, but would like to investigate utilizing (DB2 to Sybase) 5. o Stored Procedures - reside in Sybase; currently used for application events that trigger mainframe activity. 6.
