Strong interpersonal skills, both spoken and written. 4. Ability to multi-task and adjust priorities seamlessly. 5. Ability to function equally well as a leader or as a follower in a team-centric operating model. 6. Willingness to do more than just development work based on the needs of team to meet the overall goal. 7. Strong organizational and time management skills including the ability to prioritize work and achieve desired results without close supervision. 8.
