Job title: Oracle PL/SQL Developer Location: Marlborough, MA Duration: 3+ Month Contract MUST HAVE FINANCIAL EXPERIENCE Profile: This position will involve 80% development and 20% analysis With Regards to the Development part of the role, 80% of the time the consultant will be responsible for Oracle PL/SQL development which includes performance tuning and analytical functions. The Manager is also looking for the candidate to have some Java and Datastage experience. The Manager has a strong preference with candidates that have at least 1 of these. Skills required 1. Strong PL/SQL (must have) 2. Data Analysis (must have) 3. DataStage & Java (at least 1 of the 2) Expert PL/SQL developer on UNIX - at least 7 years of experience Must have at least 3 years of financial services experience - This is a MUST Candidates with some Java will be given preference - This is a big + Analytical Functions exp - 5+ years is a must Client currently uses the 11g database, this is desired but not required. Must have at least 10G Must know UNIX very well, will be required to write some scripts including Perl Must be able to debug data issues.
