•4+ Years of Experience an Oracle Apps HRMS Technical/Functional Consultant •Worked extensively on Oracle HRMS modules with strong expertise in Core HRMS, Self Service HR (SSHR), Approval Management Engine (AME) •Deep understanding of Techno Functional configuration of HR and Payroll for setting up the work structure, payroll, elements, fast formulas Compensation Workbench, Performance Management, •Maintaining Value Sets, Key FlexFields, Descriptive FlexFields, Extra Information (EIT’s) and Special Information Types (SIT’s) •Solid understanding of Oracle EBS database/table structures and the integration and impacts between modules •Have been part of 2-3 development/support projects •Candidates having technical knowledge also will be preferred. •Strong communications skills with business and technical users •Strong written skills, including proposal preparation •Flexibility of working in a stretched timelines and provide on call support.
